Mushroom Maze, Mobiles and More!

Greetings! Its lady Rip Van Winkle back again with your semi-annual dispatch from the misty driftless woods!  Since last we spoke, the website has gotten an impressive digital face-lift a’la Jenn Lamb of Unurth Wonder fame! Peruse the totally dreamy new website and look for new one of a kind jewelry and photos of custom works coming soon!

Right outside the workshop, the mushroom maze has expanded and we are having the first major flush, with many pounds of shiitake and oyster mushrooms popping every day!

New to the website: beautiful mobiles of glass enamelled fish.

Each fish is hand cut and filed, then repeatedly fired with layers of transparent and opaque lead free glass enamels. These special hanging sculptures are made of glass, copper, brass and steel and can be hung outside or indoors.  In a light breeze the schools of fish appear to swim.

Also working on some flocks of birds remeniscent of this piece I made for my close friend Carly, a stained glass artist.
